Terms of Service

The service

This platform provides online ordering, reservations, dine-in and restaurant management tools. Your subscription plan determines the features available to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, allergen information and fulfilment of the orders you accept.

Your customers’ data

For personal data your diners submit through your storefront, you are the data controller and we act as your processor: we store and process that data only to operate the service on your instruction. The platform provides built-in tools for data subject requests — export, deletion, consent management and retention windows — and notifies you when a diner exercises their rights, so you can remove any copies you hold outside the platform.

Payments

Online payments run through the payment provider you connect (such as Stripe or PayPal) under your own agreement with that provider. We never store full card details. Subscription fees for the platform are billed as described at purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful sales, to send marketing to people who have not consented, or to misrepresent your business. Accounts engaged in abuse may be suspended.

Your content and rights

You keep ownership of the content you add to the platform, such as menus, descriptions, photos, logos and other artwork. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize and display that content only as needed to run the service for you, including on your storefront, in emails and on receipts. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from backup copies kept for a limited period.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all content you upload or import, including menus and photos brought in from your existing website or another ordering platform with our import tools. You are responsible for that content and for any claim that it infringes someone else’s rights, and you agree to cover our reasonable costs arising from such a claim.

Termination

You can cancel at any time. On account closure, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy: personal data is deleted, and transaction records are retained only as long as law requires.
