The service

This platform provides online ordering, reservations, dine-in and restaurant management tools. Your subscription plan determines the features available to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, allergen information and fulfilment of the orders you accept.

Your customers’ data

For personal data your diners submit through your storefront, you are the data controller and we act as your processor: we store and process that data only to operate the service on your instruction. The platform provides built-in tools for data subject requests — export, deletion, consent management and retention windows — and notifies you when a diner exercises their rights, so you can remove any copies you hold outside the platform.

Payments

Online payments run through the payment provider you connect (such as Stripe or PayPal) under your own agreement with that provider. We never store full card details. Subscription fees for the platform are billed as described at purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful sales, to send marketing to people who have not consented, or to misrepresent your business. Accounts engaged in abuse may be suspended.

Termination

You can cancel at any time. On account closure, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy: personal data is deleted, and transaction records are retained only as long as law requires.
